Job Description

Important international company specialized in engineering services, technology and consultancy looking for an IRM Coordinator to join the offices of the company in Barcelona.

The company offers time flexibility: check-in time between 7.30h and 9.30h. Departure time from 16.45h. On Fridays you can leave from 14h.

 Hybrid work modality: 3 days remote and 2 at office.

Supports the Resource Management Coordinator II and III in the administrative task related to the selection and management of resources among the Company and/or Inspection Agencies.

  1. Leads the selection process for the most suitable resource among The Company and/or Inspection Agencies to execute inspections/expediting under supervision for low criticality materials (i.e. Bulk material), in line with T.EN’s procedures.
  2. Issues the CSA/LSA/ICPO and AL under supervision.
  3. Validates and updates subcontract valuations.
  4. Global EPC Projects.


  1.  Prepares and issues the Corporate Service Agreements (CSA) and Local Service Agreements (LSA) to inspection agencies and ICPO to T.EN’s other Operating Centers
  2. Manage selection processes for the Inspector / Inspection Agency to perform shop VPM activities.
  3. Checks and verifies the relevant milestone achievement through the Inspection Man-hour Follow-up Sheet / Monthly Statement of Inspection.
  4. Monitors Inspector workload.
  5. Jointly with Vendor Perfomance Coordinator, arranges the KOM with Inspection Agencies for the critical assignments.
  6. Validates and updates subcontract valuations in the Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system.
  7. Contributes to preparation of Inspection Agencies performance evaluation including their resources assessment.
  8. Performs Agencies surveys as necessary.
  9. Open the Agencies Incident Investigations as required.


  1. Technical Diploma. 
  2. Experience focused on Sector Oil&Gas /Chemistry.  
  3. Experience in Purchasing and Coordination activities. 
  4. English Level B2
  5. Good knowlegde and experience with MS office. 
  6. CV written in English.
